  • Part 1 and a Review of The Tricycle Effect and its importance in Leading with Character First. 

  • Part 2, we introduce your ability to Coach Yourself and more importantly, how best to coach yourself with character skills to help you grow and increase your influence with others.  Most importantly, we learn the difference between being successful and being significant. 

  • Part 3 dives into how we can best Coach Others by leading with character skills and how we can best influence and impact others by coaching others with Character First. 

  • Part 4, we discover how we can best Be Coached By Others and, in turn, help you grow successfully to add the most value for others in being significant in their lives.
